Problem zooming with trackpad on MacBook Air (GeoGebra Classic 5)

I got a new MacBook Air for my work computer and now when I use GeoGebra Classic 5, it only zooms out when I move two fingers on the trackpad. If I do quick swipes down with two fingers, it kind of zooms in but then tries to zoom back out a bit.

When I use GeoGebra Classic 6, it zooms out when I move 2 fingers up on the trackpad and zooms in when I move 2 fingers down.

Is there a setting I need to change? I'm stumped.

Thanks, Chip

It works fine on my personal MacBook running which is running a newer OS (Catalina). Perhaps I should look into updating my work computer OS? Might this help?

Are you sure you are running the last version of GeoGebra ?

https://wiki.geogebra.org/e...

Because doesn't work normally with GeoGebra 570 on my iMac with MagicTrackPad and MagicMouse

on old system 10.14.6 (Mojave) and new system 10.15.2 (Catalina)

Yes. I have the latest version of GeoGebra.

While this question is "answered", it really isn't. There seem to be a bunch of people with zooming issues with their MacBooks and no desire to address the issue which is too bad.

This bug is not with Windows PC

If it was, this forum should be closed (too much connections for discontent)

MacUsers are not majority, so it is not important (zoom is never used isn't it..? see here)
