I actually have a touchpad on a laptop.
Which version of GeoGebra are you using?
5.0.341.0-3D
I am using Geogebra Classic 5.0.606.0-d on a Mac Air and I still have this problem when using the trackpad. Using a mouse solves this, but it definitely looks like a bug to me.
