x^2+y^2+Dx+Ey+F=0 for Conics

Under Consideration

Now straight lines can be in either form of ax+by+c=0 or ax+by=c. Can the form x^2+y^2+Dx+Ey+F=0 be also available for conics? In my country's textbooks, the constants usually appear on LHS. Thanks.

I think this form is possible now for circunferences. other conics have not this form

Create a conic using five points. The name of the conic will appear in the algebra view. The value of the conic is beneath the name. The value is in bi-quadratic form.
