In win7 and GeoGebra Classic 6.0.523 set increment of slider as 0.01.
If change slider in Algebra, value chenged correct with increment 0.01
But if change this slider in Graphics, value chenged not correct with increment 1

I'm sorry, but I am not able to reproduce your issue.
Maybe it seems to you that you cannot "view" the increment of 0.01 in Graphics View, because it's quite hard to move the slider so precisely. Try using the arrow keys, instead of the mouse or finger to move the cursor of the slider in Graphics View, you should see that the increment is correct.
Please post the file if your problem is not solved.
Yes, with arrow keys value changed correct with increment 0.01.
