I'm having the same problem... I've been working on geogebra (geometry) on a Windows 10, I've been working on my project for the past seven hours and I'm afraid my computer will crash and I'll lose all my work. I've tried to log in with google and with my username, either way it doesn't work!! I can't log in nor save my work. Please help me!!!!!!!
The same problem 
Save it locally on your computer! It’s not necessary to be logged in to save your work on your computer.
The related option is displayed right below the Log In box.
