I wonder why I can't find some basic tool like reflect and "make a circle."the android app is poor and website version's tool are complete. However,it's bad to use web version. It responds slowly. Whatever,what I just want is complete tool in android app. I'll be appreciated if you guys improve that

There's not just 'the' app. To make a difference in use and functionalities in classroom and tests different apps have got different features. See https://www.geogebra.org/m/... to look which app has got which features, discover the richness of the differences and choose the appropriate one
