What is the exact syntax for the new Line Graph chart function?

I’ve tried everything i could think of, but i cannot get the line graph function to work. The tooltip and wiki-page on it are missing an example and what is given is unclear on how I’m supposed define the coordinate lists. Can i get just a bit of clarification on it.
Do I use “( )” or “< >”? Neither are working for me.
Am I wrong on how i’m supposed to input them, do i do something else entirely?

Anyway, the commands syntaxes always include parameters in < >.
It's the style of software literature. You never need to include them in your commands. :)
