Vectors in CAS strange behavior

Please have a look at the attached screendump and ggb file.

The CAS module seems handle vectors and the dot command a bit strange. Have a look at lines 6 and 7.

I use 4.2.58 as well. If I write w:=u+v in line 4, I get the point (-4,7) and not the vector.

Actually I am not sure if this problem is related to vectors at all. I get some similar strange behaviour when I work with other topics in the CAS view.

Please have a look at this screencast, it is in Norwegian (without sound), but you will see something strange after 50 sec. The objects change names automatically, and everything gets messed up…

Please try in the latest GeoGebra 4.4 (4.3.40.0)

The problem is still present. (Tonight I tested on a different computer running 4.3.40.0 as an applet.

Yes, confirmed! The drawback seems still worsen! No vectors drawn, as per att'd screenshot.

Your cell #4 has 2 mistakes, try:

    w:=Vector[u+v]

Vectors should be drawn properly again in 4.9.217.0

Thanks, we'll fix that. In the meantime it should all be fine in 4.3.43.0
