Using CAS to NSolve or Solve an equation output is not what I expected.

I have an equation in CAS that doesn't seem to execute any ideas why?

I tried: NSolve(startA+ωA*t_0=startB +ωB*t_0,t_0) and Solve(startA+ωA*t_0=startB +ωB*t_0,t_0)

I'm Using[pre]GeoGebra Classic 5.0.564.0-d (22 October 2019)

Java: 1.8.0_121

Codebase: file:/usr/share/geogebra/

OS: Linux

Architecture: amd64 / null

Heap: 910MB

CAS: Giac/JNI

startA is a point. what sense has the equation?

have you try Solve(Angle(startA)+ωA*t_0=Angle(startB) +ωB*t_0,t_0)
