i make inputbox and i want to put any number but without using slider . can i do it ?

There's no need to use a slider. Just enter a number in the input box, and the variable that you've linked to the input box will update with your input.

Deactivate the visibility of that variable by clicking on the related visibility dot in Algebra View, so no slider will be shown in Graphics View.
In GeoGebra V.6 all numerical variables are shown in Algebra View also as sliders by default, but if your variable is linked to an input box, its value will be updated when the contents of the box are updated. The slider is just an handy dynamic way to show that value
in settings of number you can unchek Show slider in Algebra View
delete min max input inc
then you can click on the square at left of number in algebra view and press + - for modifying the number
in version 6
GeoGebra 5.0 doesn't have a "Show slider in Algebra View" tickbox. Is there another way of showing the slider in Algebra View?
