Are these correct? They don't seem to have an "i" in the formula:

a_n=Sequence(1 / (T / 2) b, i, 1, N)
b_n=Sequence(1 / (T / 2) a, i, 1, N)

Is the "i" here supposed to be complex i?

a=Integral(f(x) sin(i x π / (T / 2)), 0, T)

see simplified doc attached (Fourier1.ggb)

if you type a_n=Sequence(1 / (T / 2) Integral(f(x) cos(i x π / (T / 2)), 0, T), i, 1, N)

then you get a_n= Sequence(1 / (T / 2) a, i, 1, N) with a=Integral(f(x) cos(i x π / (T / 2)), 0, T)

Geogebra 5 creates the number a by himself and when you save and reopen you get the error message

This problem does not exists if you do the same in the online graphing calculator (see *.png)

Thanks, I can see why that's happening now! We'll check the bug

Does it work OK for you with the latest version?

I have just downloaded geogebra 5.0.629.0-d and it works fine now

Thank you for the support
