New
A couple of my students are having this problem when they try to open their files. They can see what is already there, but the purple menus are not showing up. There doesn't seem to be a way to get them to be visible again. Is there a way to fix this? I have tried fixing it as well, and there doesn't seem to be anything that we can do to get the menu to come up so they can make changes.
