Tiny icons in the menu and tools and everything is unreadable

Options -> Font Size

Thanks for the answer. Unfortunately i cannot find the Options -> Font Size path. My menu window when pressing the "three bars button" (below directly under the red x button) is as follows:

It is not intuitive where to search for the [Options] now. When i click on the Settings above, i get exactly the big window from the screenshot in the above post, so i am out of any menu. Also, if i can change something using key bindings it is counterintuitive to not being able to undo the changes. Also, why does Control+[-] change settings in *both* the area with the geometric picture, and the decorations on the boundary of the whole applications?!

I "found" the "Options", i think, now the Font Size is big enough to have the drawings readable, but the menu is still full of tiny icons:

And the [Font Size] field together with the [28 pt] choice are unreadable. I need better glasses to read this menu on the right side.
