hi,

for an assignment i have to use three figure bearings in place of angles. i have tried to make the name of the angles (90 and 60 degrees) into 090 and 060 but i can't seem to find a way. does anyone know how to do this? that would be awesome :)

thanks

"three figure bearings in place of angles" What do you mean by this??

identifying/labelling a 90 degrees angle as 090 degrees, we have been learning about three figure bearings and so that is why the assignment told us we must label the angles this way

Bonjour ,

si l'angle est fixe , vous pouvez utiliser un label

Sorry, I wasn't familiar with the expression 'three figure bearings', not having English as my native laguage. But indeed there's no simple automatic way. Especially if the angles exceed occasionally 100° you'll need some conditional tricks whether to place the zero or not. If the angles are fices, as frndmrsl says, you can write whatever you want as a label (option show title)I added a workaroud adding a conditional 0 in a text positioned at the point instead of using a label

You might as well have included your file from the start, no? You asked a question without it so we were creating our own examples and now you're asking how to include...

Look in the algebra view of the file you like how things were created, so you learn how to do it.

ok, i didn’t know i could attach a file (first time doing it!) i don’t really know how to copy it but will have a try

you have a Attach a file text down the post you are editing. clicking and searching are enough
