The keyboard does not come up when using the web version of Geogebra for Illustrative Math

Needs Answer

My students are doing rotations on the Illustrative Math Curriculum. They have

iPads but go to the web to access the lessons. When they go to enter a number for the rotation degrees, they can not because the keyboard will not come up.

This worked fine yesterday, but is not working today.

They have tried both Safari and Chrome.

Please can you post a link to the worksheet, and say what version of iOS you are using?

Yes, I am using an iPad air 2, version 13.5.1.

the same problem happens on my iPhone version 13.6.1

The problem is with rotations you are unable to type the number in the dialog box.

I am not sure what you mean by worksheet, I am assigning tasks using the illustrative math content.

here is a link to one of the assignments.

Once again the problem is with rotations. Also note sometimes the keyboard will come up the first attempt, but not after that.

I tried that for both Chrome and Safari. It comes up to ask for the angle degrees, but no keyboard.

Did you try it twice? Sometimes the keyboard comes up the first time but not after that.

Perhaps because i unselect "block pop up" (in Settings -> Safari)

Try this and tell us...

I thought of that as well.

Still no luck. What is strange is... It's not working on my iPhone, nor my iPad.

It's also not working in Safari or Chrome. It's also not working on my students i Pads.

I can't think of a setting that we would all have turned on that would block the keyboard from coming up.

sometimes on my phone the keyboard will come up once, but not after that.

Did you try that problem more then once?

You should be able to get it back by clearing the cookies (or using an incognito/private tab).

When the keyboard is closed that "preference" is saved but there's no way to then get the keyboard back right now.

We'll try and improve it soon

Anyway i think there is a problem because there is no cursor blinking

When i want write 90° for example, i must all delete (the 45°) and then write 90°

(i can't tap between the "5" and the "°", delete the "45" and write "90" and keep the "°")

Also, if students delete the degree symbol, they can't get it back.

Is there an ETA on when this be fixed.
