You're the only person who knows what a, b and c and R11 to R33 stand for.

So, the person who's best placed to answer this question is you. Just try it yourself.

of curse,

Why does the surface command not calculate the multiplication of matrices?

and a, b and c and R11 to R33 in this file

The syntax of Surface needs three separate expressions for x, y and z. You can't expect GG to think "whell the result of the product is a 3x1 matrix, so let's take the three elements of it as the three expressions." I'd say: Make the product yourself and define the expressions for x, y and z in the Surface Command with the Element Command.

if surface command calculate the multiplication of matrices 3d draw is very easy.
