Needs Answer

Hi,

I want to start the animation at the given starting position; then to stop it when all the three point becomes linear.. And if it is possible it will be good to see the time elapsed, on the graphics..

Extended version with adjustable speed-ratios

The number of rotations until the first co-linear state is calculated.

This is not possible in the present form for the following reasons:

A) The three speeds vary widely in GGB and are not exactly synchronized

B) The query for a constellation in an animation can only be checked exactly when the animation is stopped.

Tur.ggb is a simulation. In most cases GGB is not suitable for this.

GGB requires a determined result that can be calculated using algorithms.

In the appendix the same task with determined result and with the synchronization of the 3 movements via 1 slider.

Hi rami:

In your file for value "a" approximate .8 three point is co-liner but animation not stop.

sorry I can't see co-linear at "a" approximate 0.8

But if you or someone else wants to help: I am still looking for the formula for the smallest possible max-value of "a" (with variably adjustable ratios)

I suppose three points X1, X2, X3 must be on a line,
