Hi,
Sometimes I'm finding that closing a file using the X takes up to ten seconds before the Close File dialogue appears. Is this another manifestation of the Java 7 problems, although I haven't noticed the problem with 4.0?

This also happens with menus and other commands. It will often happen if Geogebra has been open but unused for ten minutes or so. When I come back to it, there will be a long delay before there is a response to the first mouse click.
I will try another re-installation.

I used to have this problem of delay in earlier versions. I have not noticed it recently, I will watch for this again...

I've uninstalled all versions and cleared the cache in Java viewer
Cleared the preferences
Cleaned with CCleaner
Reinstalled 4.2 and 4.0
Same problem in 4.2 - frustrating
