One way can be modifying the speed of the second slider, ccc.

Set it as 0 till slider a hasn't reached its maximum value, and as the current one when a has reached its max value, using command if() in the Speed box of slider ccc.

I'm sorry I'm currently not able to open your file, so cannot provide the correct syntax. But it should be like

If(a!=10,0,1)

Whenever the maximum value of a is 10 and the current speed of ccc is 1. So you just need to insert the correct values in the command and paste it in the Speed box of ccc.

It's more robust to have just one slider as the master clock, and define other numbers from that - eg using If()
