show lowest and highest value between numbers

Hi, so I have this problem.

I need to show lowest and highest value between x 0 and 30. How can I do it?

If I use extremum it only places the lowest value correct which is y=81 x=4, but highest value gets placed as y=138 at x= 20. But you can clearly see at that x=30 is above 138. So how can make a point or something up there? Thank you

boundaries of intervals are not extrema of the function. But you can easaly check the values of f(0) and f(30) yourself and show or hide these points with a boolean
