Shading between functions

I have a model of Newton's bucket; I need to shade between the water-surface parabola and the rectangle box it is in, to make clear to students where the water volume is.

My prototype is at hpf9ck8r

Please have a look, let me know if there is a way to show the water volume...

I am new to the forum, forgive me if I have not done this correctly.

Thanks

there is several ways depending the objects you have

IntegralBetween(x², 5, -sqrt(5), sqrt(5))

or

y ≥ x² ∧ y < 6

reduce line thickness to 0
