Settings/Object Properties dialogue box tricky to use online
Hello GeoGebra friends
Yesterday I had my grade 10's use GeoGebra to plot some points from their chosen source. They are still quite new to GeoGebra, and have beginners' patience for new and difficult things.
The students are using chromebooks.
They have open the algebra, graphics and spreadsheet perspectives. They then need to label the x and y axis, so they follow my instructions to two-finger-tap on the graphics screen and choose 'graphics'. They can't find the window because it is a tiny strip on the right.
On my downloaded version, I can make it show up as a new window.
Perhaps I should have them have open a maximum of three views at a time?
Or is there another way around?
A second difficulty was selecting all of their points in columns A and B in the spreadsheet when they had more than one screen (about 30 rows) - it would scroll down a little, but it wouldn't scroll down to the end. We got around it by selecting the whole of columns A and B, but it would be nice to know that one could be more specific if one needed to be.
Again, issues faced when using a chromebook, not generally.
Thanks for any suggestions!
Aileen

I think that sounds sensible :)
