Rotated text does not use the same typeface as normal LaTeX, despite using LaTeX to render

Needs Answer

GeoGebra Classic 5.0.616.0-d (23 November 2020)

Java: 1.8.0_161

OS: Windows 10

Architecture: x86 / x86

The documentation states that RotateText renders with LaTeX, but the output is certainly using a different font. LaTeX renders properly using the command, but is clearly using a different typeface:

My only solution to this is to rotate existing LaTeX objects, but this means I'll have duplicates of every text object I want to rotate, which is impractical and annoying:

You've misunderstood. Here's an MWE of the problem. Take a look at the construction method of both rotated text objects.
