This is what it looks like before uploading:
And the result is here: https://www.geogebra.org/ma... , it's without the text2 object. I can edit it online and add a rotated text, it appears but when I save it's gone.

What did you type exactly for text2?
I have tried to use both citation marks and variable names, as in
RotateText["Hello", π / 2]
and
RotateText[text1, π / 2]
But now I'm confused, maybe I did some misstake since it was confused when things disappeared. I'll try again.
Now i've tried to rotate text many times, most of the times successfully but I sometimes get a bug. It's not when uploading though, but things disappear from the algebra view even though they are still shown in graphics view, and when uploading they don't appear since they don't seem to exist. Sorry about this whimsical answer but there is something random with it all, but connected with rotated text.
Sorry, it seems OK when I try. Please try and find the exact steps which cause the problem
(if possible :) )
I've tried to recreate it and I managed to do it by entering incorrect code. If I make an object text1 and then write
Rotate[text1, pi/2]
in the input bar, the rotated text appears in the graphics view as object text2. If i right-click on text2 it says it is defined as RotatedText[text1, pi/2], even though I entered incorrect code. When I try to upload it, however, text2 no longer exists.
Thanks, that's great. Fixed in 5.0.228.0
