Do you want to get just the rotated point,or the circular arc or do you want to show the rotation dynamically? If you want to show the rotation dynamically, use a slider. In the file added as well the rotation of the point as the dynamically growing circular arc are shown.
For the point: Rotate(P, α). For the Cicular Arc: CircularArc(O, P, Rotate(P, α))
