Rotate Point P around the Unit Circle between 0 and pi/2 radians only?

What are my easiest options for doing this?

Do you want to get just the rotated point,or the circular arc or do you want to show the rotation dynamically? If you want to show the rotation dynamically, use a slider. In the file added as well the rotation of the point as the dynamically growing circular arc are shown.

For the point: Rotate(P, α). For the Cicular Arc: CircularArc(O, P, Rotate(P, α))
