I want to be able to rotate an image (earth from north pole) around a fixed center and with fixed size. Ho can I achieve this?
An image is just another object, so you can use any of the syntaxes of the Rotate command. Start typing Rot in the inout bar ans see which of the syntaxes suits you. If it's not clear please add the file itself and explain what image you want to rotate how around which point.
