Reflecting section of a circle on a section of a circle gives back wrong section section

Trying to reflect a, already reflected, section of a circle on another one, GeoGebra gives back the right circle but the section of it is exactly the opposite of the one that would be right.

the object m'' is for example wrong. In terms of it is the right circle but the wrong section of it.

Thanks Michael and mathmagic that is already helping. It might be a bit more complicated to implement a costum tool since here we want to reflect a section of a circle but should be doable.
