Needs Answer
RectangleSum[f,a,b,n] when b<a is not drawing the rectangles correctly. If has worked in the past. Same problem in both MathApps and GGB 5.0.352. Interestly, LeftSum, LowerSum, UpperSum and TrapezoidalSum all work correctly for b<a.
