Problem in specifying slider min and max limits and increment

os: debian 9 updated to latest version 64-bit
While editing settings for slider, when min, max or increment value is entered, it automatically resets to default values i.e. (-5,5, empty). This happens in graphics, algebra and geometry view that I am using. Please fix the issue.
The same problem 
I had the same problem - I can't type in the Min / Max / Increment fields, they just keep resetting.
However, if I use the onscreen keyboard at the bottom of the window then the changes work.
