There doesn't seem to be a manual page for "Round", but it seems that the second parameter doesn't specify the number of digits after the comma (as you seem to have thought) but the number of significant digits.

If you want to round something to 4 digits after the comma, you could do it this way for example:

round(cbrt(-2109)*10^4)/10^4

It's a bug, try with round(cbrt(2109),4)
