Problem downloading ggb file

Solved

When I try to download this worksheet:

https://www.geogebra.org/ma...

Instead of getting the ggb file, I get a zip file (attached).

Files: material-kvRAR9...

You need to select the GeoGebra file option to get the .ggb file

I did that but still got a zip file, not a ggb file. It is weird. Can you try? I may be my computer.

Which OS /browser are you using ?

I am using the macOS Sierra in my computer. It seems the problem is with the browser Chrome. Everytime I use chrome to download the ggb file, I get a zip file. But if I use safari, it works fine and I get the ggb file.

en linux también pasa a veces

puede que algún programa analice la descarga y dado que los archivos GGB son archivos zip le cambie la extensión

prueba a cambiar manualmente la extensión del archivo una vez descargado a ver si así te funciona normalmente

para comprobar si es del antivirus puedes detenerlo por un rato con cuidado

también puedes abrir el zip para comprobar si es un geogebra autentico

ya lo descargué en tu primer post y me fue bien , pero yo uso windows

He descargado el archivo desde Chrome (el cual sigue siendo un zip), y después cambié la extensión a ggb. Ahora funciona bien.

Chrome and IE had problems downloading the file when url did not end with ".ggb" -- this was changed now and downloads in IE and Chrome should be working as expected.
