Problème pour ouvrie d'anciens fichiers 3D

Bonjour

Je viens d'essayer d'ouvrir (avec la dernière version de GeoGebra mise à jour) un ancien fichier 3D et la figure n'apparait pas.

J'ai utilisé une version plus ancienne et cela fonctionne bien.

La page de travail déposée sur GeoGebra Tube fonctionne parfaitement : https://ggbm.at/YfkI49fQ

Je ne comprends pas pourquoi.

Le fichier ggb est en pièce jointe.

Est-ce encore un problème de bug dans la dernière version ?

Vu que tout fonctionne avec l'ancienne version de GeoGebra, cela ne devrait pas être un problème avec mon ordinateur.

Je crois pouvoir reproduire le bug, je vais essayer de régler le problème rapidement. Pourriez-vous me donner les "informations système" ? Après avoir ouvert le fichier, dans Aide > à propos...

Bonsoir Noël

As-tu cliqué dans la fenêtre de la figure du bas, car tous les outils 3D n'apparaissent que lorsque la fenêtre 3D a le focus ?

Si la figure n'apparait pas, probablement que les outils 3D n'apparaissent pas non plus. Mais la version en ligne fonctionne (chez moi !)

A moins que tu ne veuilles dire qu'il manque juste l'outil point, dans ce cas ce n'est pas un problème car il suffit d'utiliser l'outil parallèle pour construire un parallélogramme ECDF et la droite est (EF) , dans ce cas c'est peut-être le beaujolais :-)

Mais as-tu la figure 3D qui s'affiche (après avoir démarré l'exercice) lorsque tu ouvres le fichier ggb avec une version récente de GeoGebra.

J'arrive à l'ouvrir avec la version 5.0.212.0

Merci pour les infos, ce qui confirme ce que je pensais : ton bug se produit sur ton ordi car ta carte graphique est considérée comme trop ancienne pour utiliser les méthodes plus récentes pour faire la 3D, tandis que la version web le peut : donc le problème se situe à ce niveau... je vais tâcher de régler ça.

Je pense avoir réglé le bug pour la prochaine version. En attendant on peut le contourner de la manière suivante : sélectionner le mode de projection "parallèle", puis à nouveau "oblique".

Je ne vois pas bien ce que tu vas pouvoir faire. Si je comprends bien la nouvelle version utilise des méthodes que ma carte graphique ne supporte pas. Faudra-t-il que je remette à jour le soft lié à ma carte graphique ?

Bref cela me dépasse un peu.

En tout cas merci d'avance pour ce que tu pourras faire.

ps : non, ce n'est pas lié à ta carte graphique en particulier, mais plutôt à la version d'openGL que geogebra utilise dessus : pour un certain nombre de cartes graphiques (dont la tienne), geogebra n'arrive pas à lancer une version récente d'openGL. Le plus souvent c'est parce que la carte est ancienne ou que c'est une carte "basse consommation" comme il y a sur les petits pc portables. Dans cas geogebra utilise la version "à l'ancienne" (c'est avec ça qu'on a commencé) tandis qu'avec des cartes plus récentes, geogebra utilise une version plus poussée (qu'on a développé ensuite). Mais les deux sont censées fonctionner !

Le souci c'est que la version ancienne est moins testée, d'autant moins que sur le web on ne l'utilise pas. Là j'ai forcé mon ordi à l'utiliser pour tester, et c'est un bug qui m'avait échappé (un de plus :) ). Comment le bug est apparu ? Parce qu'à un moment, j'ai fusionné davantage de parties communes au code "ancien" et au "nouveau", en essayant de ne laisser que les parties qui sont vraiment différentes -- ce qui comporte toujours des risques...
