PreScripting for Custom Tools? Is this an option?

Needs Answer

Hey team,

Questions are in applet here:

Is it possible to create a tool that outputs an object with the same scripting commands (applied to that object) as it does for another object (that was used to help create the tool)?

Thank you for any help you can provide!

Thank you for trying. However, this file does generate new triangles with the custom tool. Yet when you click on one of these triangles generated by the tool, it only changes the color of the the ORIGINAL triangle (and not a triangle created by the custom tool).

Great !!

Thanks.

%0 in scripts outside of an InputBox[] is new for me.

But I think is the same functionality and mean the object-name of him self.

Thank you all.

Inspired by mathmagic, rami and Michael,

I make an example, every triangle can change its own color when clicked.
