I've got a function f(t) = 2^t. I'd like to have a point plotted on the graph, say (6, f(6)). I get a result, but it doesn't show up as a plotted point on the grid. How should I be doing this?

The point is shown correctly on the function.

Try zooming out your view https://wiki.geogebra.org/e... (or use the mouse wheel)
Check if the visibility dot on the left of your point definition in Algebra view is activated.
