Needs Answer
Hello, i am known with geogebra on a beginner level.
However for a given Point (40,30) i want to define a set of points M, which all have the same distance r=4 (for example). The disctance is however not the normal euclidean (elsewhise this set would be a circle). It should be a weighted euclidean distance, thus the set M should be an ellipse.
i want to define a set M:={(x,y)|sqrt{a(x-40)^2+b(y-30)^2}=4}
Where for example a=0.3 and b=0.7 thus we have weighted dimensions in the distance.
Is it possible to define such a set and then plot the set?
Best regards
