Numerical Error With Complex Numbers

I am experimenting with the Mandelbrot Set and have noticed that GeoGebra (version 5.0.620.0-d) introduces substantial amounts of mathematical error when iterating zₙ² + c with certain complex numbers, even when those numbers start with zero imaginary components. For example, with z₀ = (0 + 0ί) and c = (-2 + 0ί), which should equal (2 + 0ί) for all n greater than 1, z₂ instead shows as (2 -0.000000000000001ί) and further iterations grow so quickly that by n = 37 the numbers are so big GeoGebra lists them as "undefined". Similarly, with c = (0 + ί), which should alternate between (-1 + ί) and (0 - ί), the sequence instead diverges into huge numbers and reaches "undefined" status by n = 63. Is this something that can be corrected?
