Non possiamo iscriverci, non arriva la mail di conferma

Sto usando geogebra a scuola, ma ad alcuni miei studenti non arriva l' email di conferma (qualcuno sta aspettando da una settimana). Cosa possiamo fare per risolvere il problema?
