Check if GeoGebra is updated to the latest release (Menu->Help&Feedback->About/License). Your version should be 6.0.546. If it isn't, please update.
Then try this first:
Delete this folder C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\GeoGebra
This is a hidden folder, so can be hard to find. One way is to press <Windows>R and then copy and paste this (changing <username> to your Windows username)
explorer /n, /e, /select, C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\GeoGebra
then right-click -> Delete
If nothing changes when restarting GeoGebra, it might be something related to your video card drivers: check if they are updated.

Which views are shown as open in the "View" menu?
