I have found the test yourself - Rotations on Geogebra which is exactly what I need for my students. However, I'm too new to the program to be know how to check the answers once you have changed the image. How can I get the score to change? How do I check the answers? Thank you for your help!

Please give some information wich kind of file you're talking about, or an url, so one can comment about something concrete. You can examine any file after downloading it. In the Algebra View you can look how objects were defined. Rightclicking on input fields or button reveals eventual scripts in it and the answer to you question.

If you mean this activity: https://www.geogebra.org/m/QppH5bBR

it is self correcting. The red shape is the one to be rotated. Kids need to move the blue points and create the rotated shape.

Once their rotated shape is correct, the Score value adds +1, a "Well done!" message appears, as well as a button, allowing them to get a new question.

I think that your only feedback is by watching their score, I mean, their wrong attempts are not saved anywhere.
