I can open it without any problem.
If you are using GeoGebra 6, don't double click on it.
Open GeoGebra, then select the top right icon (the one with three lines - it's called the Hamburger), then select File->Open.
Click on the dark grey folder icon on the right to see the content of your hard disk.
Browse your hard disk to the location where the file is stored, then click on the file name and click Open

Ton fichier est parfaitement lisible sur ce forum.
Essaye alors de renvoyer une deuxième fois ton fichier (en vérifiant que son nom se termine bien par .ggb) à la prof, et en ajoutant le lien de cette page (l'adresse https tout en haut de l'écran) :

Elle aura alors, deux possibilités de le voir.
