lost student account

Please help! I have a student that has been unable to create an account. FIrst she used her school email but never got the activation link emailed back to her. SHe tried looking everywhere. <REMOVED>

Then, she tried using her mom's email and had the same problem. That email is <REMOVED>

In the meantime, she created a geometry project thinking that she was logged in (because the initial screen showed her userid <REMOVED>) but when she clicked on Profile, there were no resources seen ... because she had never confirmed her account.

Please advise!

Thanks! We confirmed the account manually, but sadly there are no resources linked to it. We fear that the work is lost! We are so sorry!

Thank-you for your response, however this is a bigger problem than lost resources! She can't seem to get her account established because she never receives her activation/confirmation email. Does she even have an account?

She doesn't need the confirmation mail anymore. As we have confirmed her manually, she should now be able to use her account JasleneA in a normal way. Please ask her to log in and to save a file. Please let us know if she still has any problems.
