Find the locus of the image of the point (2,3) in the line (x-2y+3)+k(2x-3y+4)=0 here k is real number.

Sir not able to open on IPAD.on android its also does not show the required locus which is circle
In fact sir no .ggb extension file run on ipad.it just show a blank page after download
the ggb files are really zip files. some downloads rename the files foro.ggb to foro.ggb.zip
rename foro.ggb.zip to foro.ggb for opening the file
or open in a PC for studying

Restating my question
we have a point (2,3) given here.we have to find the image of (2,3) with respect to the variable line as given (depends upon k).as the variable line changes the image of (2,3) changes hence locus will be created
