Not a Problem
Hello - it seems that there should be a segment tool in my GeoGebra, but it says it's an invalid commend and it's not appearing in my tools. Does anyone know if why this would be missing?

You forget to mention the crucial thing: the app you're using. I presume it's the graphing calculator. Take a look at the comparason of the apps https://www.geogebra.org/m/shfwqcpr and use the Suite app instead.
