Soit un cercle de centre le point O et de rayon la valeur d'un curseur nommé z_3.
Je voudrais que la légende affiche uniquement C(O; valeur de z_3) et non
Que faut-il modifier dans l'expression :$\mathscr{C(\text{O;%v })}$ ou une autre expression existe-t-elle ?

Captions are not dynamic, unless the value that you want to display is directly related to the object itself.

But you can use a trick: In the OnUpdate scripting tab of the circle, type the command
SetCaption(c,"$\mathscr{C}(O,"+z_3")$")(activate Caption as labeling type)
This will change dynamically when you change the value of z_3
try $\mathscr{%n :\;%f }$ in caption
