Are you using https://www.geogebra.org/classic ?

Hi Michael
when you fill Algebra windows until the bottom with the virtual keyboard closed
no problem, the scroll is automatic (and keyboard icon down left is here)
but if then you open the virtual keyboard
you have to manually scroll down (to see input), but after
1) virtual keyboard automatically close
2) you lose the virtual keyboard (icon doesn't appear down left)
the problem is same with https://www.geogebra.org/classic
