Is there an easy way to round two measurement to different decimal places?
Answered
For example, if I want different numbers to be rounded to different places, is there a round(num, places) command? Or maybe I am not thinking of this clearly and someone can provide a workaround.

What you can do is going to Options>Rounding> and then set a high number of decimals. Then use the predefined function round() to take some number and round it to n decimals.
For example:
I have d= 1.12
when I then type in round(d,1) I get a new value f that rounds to 1.1
