Is there a Geogebra flavour that is (a) off-line, (b) has exam mode, (c) offers CAS and probability?

To satisfy the requirements for the high-school-exit/university-entrance exam here, a CAS system has to offer:
- offline use;
- an "exam mode" or "test mode" to prevent or detect leaving the CAS package, and to prevent use of previously stored information;
- the aequivalents of Geogebra's CAS and Probability Calculator functionality;
- and it cannot be Geogebra Classic due to what looks like a fairly severe bug.
Is there a Geogebra flavour that ticks all four boxes?
