In 5.0.290 we replaced the global option "return degrees from inverse trig functions" by per-function option: you can now use functions asind, acosd, atand, atan2d explicitly to get the result in degrees. When opening old files with the global option enabled asin should be automatically replaced by asind etc., so we hope this will not cause any problems with old files. If you run into some problems please upload the .ggb file.

but g(x)=asind(x) g(0.5)=0.5236
is this desired?
