In the properties, for the intersection, of these two parametric functions
r(t)=(-204t+17, 432t^2-72t+3) and b(t)=(70t+2,140t^2)
GeoGebra calculates the value of the parameters.
GeoGebra 5 calculates “Intersect(r, b, 0.05848, 0.04386)” which is wrong and
GeoGebra 6 calculates “Intersect(r, b, 0.05874, 0.04309)” which is correct.

Those numbers are the min and max to search between, see https://wiki.geogebra.org/e... so I don't see how you can say they are "wrong"
