I want to see all the intersection points but just one point get calculated. Please help me!

There must be a lot of intersection points but the program always show just one or often "Not Defined"

I think the intersection command works for polynomials better and sometimes for other kind of functions (like trigonometric functions). When you try to intersect the kind of function you have defined with y=0, the program is trying to work with an infinite number of intersections, which is not possible. A similar thing happens when you try to intersect the function f(x)=sin(1/x) with y=0. There is no way for a computer to do that. Remember that the computer works only in a discrete way, not with the continuous.
